Hey guys, take a look at this website. It is crossfit san fransico, scroll down to near the bottom and read about the day they went to coronado at the SEAL's pool and did a kettlbell workout 9' underwater.....pretty sweet.


I thought what we should do is look over at the WOD on the crossfit website, and if we didn't like it then look over at www.navyseals.com for their WOD. Either one is good, whatever you do, make sure you incorporate your entire body and push it beyond the ordinary limits. If you're working out in a regular gym, then they will probably think you are crazy, but hey, that gives you a good chance to spread the good news, eh? I am gonna leave for Kitty Hawk on Friday, so once I do my testing and start training, I can start posting again on the website our own WOD. I'll still post some stuff this week...
