Swimming Michael
Three rounds for time (with a snorkel on for the entire workout):
Swim 150 yds
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups
*KB swings (8 gallon water jug)
*Jug swings were done at the end of the round by the leader, who would do as many reps as needed before the second place caught up, which that same number would then be completed by the second place guy, in this case we had 4 reps, 7 reps, then 9 reps.
