5 rounds for time of the following:

3 weighted pull ups (30 lbs.)
5 "L" pull ups
7 kipping pull ups

30# weighted one-arm wall ball, 3x (L+R)
5 supine med ball throws (12 lb. ball)
Med ball throws (11 total throws completed chest pass style. Med balls were lined up in weight order 4lb,6lb, 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, 15lb, 12lb, 10lb, 8lb, 6lb, 4lb, grab a ball throw it to your partner then grab the next ball until you throw every ball once)
