Med ball throws (11 total throws completed chest pass style. Med balls were lined up in weight order 4lb,6lb, 8lb, 10lb, 12lb, 15lb, 12lb, 10lb, 8lb, 6lb, 4lb, grab a ball throw it to your partner then grab the next ball until you throw every ball once)
